Jim Colt
Owner/Partner, President
Jim founded Colt Print Services in 1974 after an eight year career with the Xerox Corporation. Starting with a single printing press and a copy machine, Colt Print Services has grown considerably over the past thirty three years to become one of the top fifty Quick Printers in North America.
Jim’s experience early on with digital printing has helped to keep Colt Print Services at the forefront of this revolution. School groups and other printers often visit Colt Print Services to get a glimpse at the exciting future of digital printing.
In 2006, Jim offered ownership in the company to four key employees. In 2011, Colt Print Services will be under the full ownership of these employees. The company name was recently changed from Colt Reproduction Center, Inc. to better reflect the current services being provided.
While Jim is not active in the day-to-day activities of the business, he is still the major owner and works with the new partners on a regular basis.

Deborah A. Durand
Owner/Partner, General Manager
Deb has been in the print industry for over 27 years.
She began her career as a Kodak technical representative, then a Kodak marketing representative, sales manager for a graphic arts dealer, and general manager for a Broomfield offset printing company.
Deb has been at Colt for three years one year in sales and the last two years as General Manager. Her range of experience brings a well-rounded perspective to Colt.

David L. Bowman
Digital Print Manager
David has been with Colt for 12 years in the digital print department. He brought with him 7 additional years of digital print experience from several different companies—including Xerox. His background is valuable as manager of our fastest growing department.

Brenda Hittle
Owner/Partner, Customer Service Manager
Brenda has been in the “printing world” her entire life! She grew up working in her father’s print shop and has been at Colt for over 5 years. She now manages our Customer Service Department. That is a busy area of Colt, as you can imagine.
Brenda also is responsible for our operating software program-Printleader. That program incorporates project estimating, sales order entry, work order tickets, job scheduling, work in progress, production reports, invoicing, accounts receivable and cash receipts.

Brian Jankowski
Owner/Partner, Production Manager
Brian has worked at Colt for 22 years! He has had “hands-on” experience with every facet of print production. He is responsible for all offset and bindery production, keeping on on top the paper trends, inventories and prices. Scheduling each job to meet client expectations and monitoring Colt’s quality are also critical aspects of his mission. Brian’s experience with print is very valuable to our company, our clients and future growth.
